The Ask

McDonald's aimed to provide their customers with a top-notch in-app experience that would drive installs, revenue, and long-term value. As with many agile teams, our primary hurdle was striking a balance between mobile development and intricate visual and user experience design within a relatively short development period.

Case Film
McDonald's was ecstatic with the outcome, but what truly made our team proud was seeing the delight and satisfaction on their customers' faces. We gained invaluable experience and knowledge throughout the project, though it wasn't always a smooth ride. 

We had to coordinate extensively with our offshore development teams, working closely alongside McDonald's technology partners to meet tight marketing deadlines. Despite the obstacles, we persevered and met all our user testing deadlines, ultimately delivering an experience that was truly customer-driven and inspiring with Shake a Gift.
